Main purpose
This instrument is suitable for measuring the electrostatic properties of textiles, clothing, solid materials, plastic films, carpets, decorative fabrics, and other types of fabrics or various board shaped finished products under laboratory conditions. The instrument host consists of a corona discharge device and a probe detector. Using a given high-voltage electric field, discharge the sample for a fixed period of time to induce static electricity in the sample, thereby detecting the magnitude of static electricity, the half-life of static voltage decay, and the residual amount of static electricity to display the electrostatic performance of the tested sample.
Technical indicators
1. The instrument consists of two parts: the host and the computer detection system, which can be tested using timing and pressure methods respectively.
2. Computer control, with options for constant pressure and timing, capable of printing and outputting data.
3. Static voltage measurement range: -10kV~0, accuracy: ± 1%.
4. The half-life range is 0-99.99s/m/h ± 0.01s.
5. The diameter of the turntable is (200 ± 4) mm, with a speed of 1500 revolutions per minute. The distance from the center of the turntable to the center of the sample and the center of the electrode is (72 ± 2) mm, and the diameter of the sensing electrode plate is (28 ± 0.5) mm.
6. Discharge time: 0-99.99s/m/h ± 0.01s.
7. The instrument adopts a computer testing system to directly display the instantaneous peak value and half-life value of the sample during high-voltage discharge, and real-time display the decay curve of the voltage over time. The test report can be stored, displayed, and printed out. It can be set to display the attenuation rate and voltage values for each time period (time points can be input, such as 0-60s, 0-120s, 0-180s, 0-300s, 0-1000s, 0-2000s).
