Main purpose
This instrument is suitable for measuring the electrostatic properties of fabrics, plastic films, carpets, decorative samples, and other types of samples or various board shaped products under laboratory conditions. The instrument host consists of a corona discharge device and a probe detector. Using a given high-voltage electric field, discharge the sample for a fixed period of time to induce static electricity in the sample, thereby detecting the magnitude of static electricity, the half-life of static voltage decay, and the residual amount of static electricity to display the electrostatic performance of the tested sample.
Instrument features
The severity of the sample's charge is determined on one hand by the high or low static voltage after high-voltage discharge, and on the other hand by the duration of this static voltage. The static dissipation rate on the sample is represented by the static half-life, which is an important assessment indicator for testing the static performance of the sample.
The instrument consists of two parts: the host and the automatic control box. It can be tested using the timing method and the constant voltage method respectively. The instrument uses a digital voltmeter to directly display the instantaneous peak value and half-life value of the sample during high-voltage discharge. Automatic shutdown of high voltage and motor, easy to operate.

11. Before use, check according to the requirements. The oil cylinder inside the host must be filled with oil (transformer oil)
