LFY-708B Twisting Compression Tester(Mechanical Pretreatment of Metallic Materials - Twisting and Compression)
Main Purpose
The wear and damage conditions of the simulated sample material after undergoing repeated bending, twisting, and compression.
Technical indicators
1.The test device consists of two discs with a diameter of (90 ± 1) mm and a thickness of (12 ± 0.5) mm. One disc is fixed, while the other is mounted on a grooved shaft, enabling it to move toward the fixed disc in two segments: advancing (90 ± 5) mm while rotating (450 ± 10)°; then continuing forward without rotation.
2. The initial spacing between the two disks is (190 ±1) mm, and the distance between them at the end of forward motion is (35±2) mm. The movement of the two rotating disks remains at a constant speed.
3. The movement speed is: (40±4) cycles per minute. Each cycle includes one forward and one reverse movement.
4. Specimen dimensions: 280mm x 280mm.
5. Conduct 2,500 cycles of sample testing, manually removing and rotating the sample 90°, then re-clamping it for testing every 500 cycles.
6. Operating Interface: 7-inch touchscreen control, high-resolution 1024x600 display, Simplified Chinese.
7. Test data can be stored, queried, and printed.
8. Equipped with an onboard printer, it can print test data. Printing uses waterproof thermal label paper, and the printed content can be directly affixed.
9. Equipped with a USB interface, users can export data.
