LFY-604D Flame Spread Test Apparatus
Main purpose
The Flame Spread Test Apparatus is a method specified in ISO 15025-2016 for measuring the limited flame propagation performance of industrial products in the form of directional textile fabrics and single or multi-component fabrics (coated, quilted, multilayer, laminated structures, and similar combinations) under small-scale flames. This test method is not applicable to materials that exhibit extensive melting or shrinkage.
Apply the predetermined flame to the surface (surface ignition) or bottom (edge ignition) of the vertically suspended test sample for 10 seconds. Measure and observe the flame propagation rate, the form of droplets, combustion droplets or the formation of perforations, afterglow, and continued burning time, as well as the length of damage, to evaluate the flame retardant performance of the fabric.

Installation requirements
1. It is recommended to place the equipment on a workbench with a height greater than 70cm and a tabletop size greater than 120cm * 65cm;
2. Open a smoke exhaust hole with a diameter greater than 10cm at a height greater than 140cm upwards from the center of the tabletop;
3. The device itself has no requirements for the environment, only the temperature and humidity of the environment need to be adjusted within the specified range when making various standards.
