LFY-406S Yarn electrical conductivity (resistance) tester

LFY-406S Yarn electrical conductivity (resistance) tester

Main purpose
This instrument can be used to measure the unit resistance of yarns made by blending or compounding conductive fibers with other fibers. The yarns are connected in parallel as equal resistance resistors, and the resistance value of the parallel resistors is measured to calculate the unit resistance of the yarns, which is used to represent the conductivity of the yarns.

1. Adopting a highly integrated 3 1/2 digit display.
2. Range: 1 × 103 Ω~9.999 × 1014 Ω
3. The test voltage inside the machine is DC 50V/DC 100V, which can be switched
4. Timer: 0.01-99.99 seconds or set minute and hour levels;
5. Working environment temperature: (20 ± 5) ℃, humidity: (35 ± 5)% RH
6. The zero drift of the instrument is less than ± 5% between 1-8 hours under stable operating voltage and no signal input
7. The basic error of the instrument for measuring standard resistance is (1×103 Ω~1 ×1011) ≤± 5%; Greater than 1 × 1011 ≤± 10%;
8. Sample size: (250 ± 1) mm × (220 ± 1) mm × (2 ± 1) mm
9. The width of the sample holder clamping plate shall not be less than 30mm, and the length shall be greater than 220mm.
