LFY-269 Loss of tobacco from the ends tester(Method using a vibro-bench)

LFY-269 Loss of tobacco from the ends tester(Method using a vibro-bench)

Main purpose
Used to measure the amount of tobacco dropped from the end of a cigarette using a vibration table, simulating the weight of tobacco dropped from the end of a cigarette during manufacturing, packaging, transportation, and consumption.
Technical index
1. By using a built-in high-precision electronic balance for fully automatic weighing during the vibration process of the vibration table, the weight of tobacco dropped from the end of the cigarette onto the weighing tray is tested, and the end of the cigarette's tobacco index is determined. The testing process is fully automated, less affected by human factors, fast testing speed, automatic calculation, printing, analysis, and storage of test results, and high detection efficiency.
2. Test data can be queried, statistically analyzed, and printed.
3. External USB interface for convenient data storage and software upgrades.
4. The vibration table has low vibration noise and meets the standard requirements.
5. Advanced automatic control technology with high precision in controlling vibration frequency and time.
6. Touchscreen display in Chinese, easy to operate.
7. Micro panel thermal printer with fast printing speed and low noise.
8. Vibration frequency: (300 ± 1) times/min
9. Amplitude: (19.5 ± 0.5) mm
10. Vibration frequency: (600 ± 1) times
11. Weighing accuracy: ± 0.001g
