The main purpose
Used to test the water vapor permeability of various fur products.
Instrument characteristics
The test piece is clamped on a bottle containing a solid desiccant, and the bottle is placed in an air-conditioned room with a fast air flow rate. Keep the desiccant moving to circulate the air in the bottle. Weigh the bottle regularly to determine the mass of moisture absorbed by the desiccant through the fur.
Technical index
1. The diameter of the round hole of the bottle cap and the inner diameter of the bottle neck are both 30mm.
2. The rotation speed of the bottle-carrying wheel is (75±5) r/min.
3. Test temperature (20 ± 2) ℃, relative humidity (65 ± 2) %.
4. The sample diameter is 34mm circular test piece.
5. The speed of the fan at the bottle mouth is (1400±100) r/min.
6. Test conditions: temperature (20±2)℃, relative humidity (65±2)%.
7. Temperature accuracy: ±0.5℃, relative humidity accuracy: ±2% of indicated value.
