1. The instrument adopts a ten inch touch screen to control the operation process and display test data, with a resolution of 1024x600.
2. The control box and test box are separated for easy operation and to prevent contamination of the control box by the test solution.
3. The length, width, and height dimensions of the instrument control box and test box should meet the requirement that both boxes are placed inside the biosafety cabinet for testing operations.
4. Instrument test slot structure: It has five experimental workstations (five 316 stainless steel test slot devices are placed side by side), which is convenient for disassembly and sterilization. The five workstations can conduct standard tests simultaneously or separately, and can independently control pressure and time. The specially designed stainless steel test chamber ensures a secure clamping of the specimen and is equipped with a sealing device for the injection port to prevent leakage and splashing of the test solution. Separate the pressure port and injection port and operate them separately to prevent contamination of the pressure port by the test solution. Equipped with a one-way cutoff device to prevent backflow caused by misoperation.
5. The instrument uses a gas source that can provide a pressure of (25 ± 1) kPa to continuously pressurize the sample, without being limited by the space of the testing site. Using pressurized medium: compressed air, equipped with a silent small air pump.
6. Square metal barrier mesh: open space ≥ 50%; Bending ≤ 5mm at 20kPa. Specially made PTFE and silicone pads ensure no leakage.
7. The instrument has a clamping device that can generate 13.6N • m torque. Equipped with a 60ml syringe. Equipped with a waste liquid collection box for easy handling and disposal.
8. Select the testing program according to the standard on the touch screen, and display the set pressure and pressurization time on the testing interface. The pressurization time can be set with an accuracy of ± 1s. Adjust the ultra precision pressure reducing device to conduct the test. Ultra precision pressure reducing device: adopting a direct acting non exhaust type, capable of pressure adjustment from scratch, with high-precision air pressure control and repeatability of ± 0.5% F.S. The touch screen displays real-time pressure, with adjustable pressure range of 0-25kPa and accuracy of 0.5% FS. The pressure test point is 0 kPa、1.75 kPa、3.5kPa、6.9kPa、7kPa、13.8kPa、14kPa、20kPa。
9. The test data can be stored, queried, printed (using three proof thermal label paper, which can be directly attached to the sample after printing), and can be exported from a USB drive.
10. Sample size: 75mm × 75mm.
