The main purpose
It is used for the air tightness test (low pressure air tightness) of positive pressure self-contained open-circuit respirators under specified pressure. It is suitable for labor safety inspection centers, occupational safety inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, respirator manufacturers, etc.
Technical index
1. The instrument includes: test box, test head model, breathing tube system, and differential pressure gauge.
2. Test chamber: It adopts wheel design and can be moved easily.
3. Test head model: human head model (1), used to wear the tested respirator mask.
4. Differential pressure gauge: range -1000Pa～1000Pa; standard requirement: ±750 Pa; it can be stabilized and maintained according to the required pressure value, the pressure-holding time can be preset, and the timing accuracy: ±0.01s.
