The main purpose
It is mainly used to test the stability of the helmet when it is worn. The helmet should not fall off the head mold.
Technical index
1. The test device consists of a frame, a head mold, weights, a guiding device and a release device;
2. One impact per helmet;
3. The total mass of the guiding device and the releasing device is 3 kg±0.1 kg;
4. Impact weight: 10 kg±0.1 kg, free fall height: 175 mm or 500 mm;
5. The guide rail device is smooth, and the impact speed is not less than 95% of the calculated value.
