The main purpose:
This instrument is used for the self-locking reliability test of seat belt speed difference automatic controller and self-locking device.
Technical index:
1. Motion repeat mechanism: 1,000 cycles. The test fixture is customized to the product size.
2. The height of the speed difference and self-locking device from the working surface is 2.5m. The horizontal distance between the test weight and the hanging point is ≤300mm. The test weight is divided into 5kg and 1kg according to the standard configuration.
3. The instrument adopts single-chip microcomputer automatic control, automatic lock, automatic unlock, and automatic reset cycle.
4. The instrument has functions such as times preset, time control, hidden photoelectric speed measurement, work alarm, etc., time control: 1s-99.99h, arbitrary adjustment settings.
5. Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
