This instrument is used for the pretreatment of water mist and forced cooling of seat belts to form ice and snow.

Complete pretreatment operations for special climate environments. Water mist spraying; water mist spraying forced cooling; treatment for 1 hour. Indicator requirements:

1. The test box is equipped with a spray device, and the spray flow rate and spray time can be adjusted and controlled.

2. The test chamber is equipped with a low-temperature refrigeration system, and the freezing time and freezing temperature can be adjusted and controlled.

3. The test chamber has the function of forced discharge to prevent the spray device from freezing during freezing.

4. The test box is equipped with a drain pipe, which is convenient to clean the box and prevent the box from freezing too much.

5. Time control: 1s-99.99h, adjust the settings arbitrarily, and configure the time alarm.

6. Temperature control range: room temperature～-15℃, temperature control accuracy: ±1℃.

7. The test box can process 3 samples at the same time.

8. Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
